I woke up at 2:30 this morning (an hour after I went to bed) and thought I was literally being cooked to death. My dorm was suuuper hot and I turned the thermostat waaaaay down and turned on the fan. Still didn’t help. Eventually I got up and got a cold washcloth and tried not to feel like I would sweat to death by the morning. Obviously I didn’t. But I’m still a little nauseous and dehydrated…
